Monique Lammers
Director of Nursing & Allied Health
Monique is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience, working across both primary care and inpatient settings. She is passionate about people-centred care and believes strongly in the value of relationships, lived experience, and community as part of healing.
A strong advocate for peer-supported treatment, Monique is drawn to the Democratic Therapeutic Community model of care for its emphasis on collaboration, shared responsibility, and empowerment. She has long supported psychosocial nursing and brings a compassionate, practical, and down-to-earth approach to her work.
